The New York State Builders Association REF (NYSBA REF) will present a four hour program addressing New York State code changes. As codes target increased energy efficiency and indoor health changes, it is imperative that the principles behind the code are understood, so that there is more successful implementation of the code.

The 2010 ECCC of NYS went into effect December 28, 2010, with significant changes that may change the way you design and build. This session will examine the 2010 NYECC and its changes, cost effective implementation, and the building science behind it. Get yourself prepared, and ahead of the competition.

The energy code training will be presented in a concise 4-hour Hard Hitting course for Residential Builders, outlining the 2010 Energy Conservation Construction Code of New York State that went into effect December, 28, 2010.

The training is a must for Builders, Developers, Trade Contractors, Remodelers, Design Professionals and Suppliers involved in the construction of Residential One and Two Family Homes or Townhouses.

This course will examine the best construction practices that align with the 2010 NYECCC. It will also look at future construction and best practices to ensure safe, healthy and efficient implementation that goes beyond minimum code requirements.

Make sure you are compliant with the NYS Energy Code!
